Residential construction is hard to navigate, and that's rarely the homeowner's fault. It's the order most projects follow. The traditional model is design, then bid, then build. You hire a designer, plans develop over months, and builders come in at the end to price what's already decided. We think that's fundamentally flawed, so we inverted the model. Planning first, builder-led, with design, engineering, budget, and permitting moving together. Every assumption tested while it's still a drawing. You get clarity before you commit, and a build that behaves like the plan you agreed to.
We build in and around Santa Clara, San Mateo, and Santa Cruz counties.
Every project we're proud of traces back to planning that started earlier than it had to. An extra month up front saves six months of paying for questions nobody asked.
Before we give you a number, we study and inspect your property. The lot, the foundation, the utilities, the jurisdiction. A budget is only as real as the work behind it.
If the budget or the conditions don't support the scope, you'll hear it early, while you can still act on it. We'd rather lose a project than win one on a number we don't believe.
You shouldn't have to chase anyone for an update. Consistent check-ins, decisions with context and enough lead time, and one team accountable for the answer.
Every home is personal, no matter the job size. We build with intention and hold the details to a standard you shouldn't have to inspect for yourself.
Your home becomes a workplace for months. We take proactive steps to protect our team, our trades, your property, and everyone still living in it.
"Homeowners deserve to know what they're getting into before they're in it, but most never do. That's the whole reason we're here. I want you to finish a project with us and realize you never once felt lost."

A small core team and the specialists we bring around it. We lead the planning, the permitting, and the build, and we choose the designers, engineers, and trades who join us. The team that helps shape your plan is the team that stands behind it.
